Controller recommendations please

I have decided I would like to use the Premise software. I need suggestions for what controller to use. I want to control lights, thermostat, door locks, sprinklers, water sensor alert, garage door, and stove alert.

Premise IS the controller. But you probably want to use zwave products with vrc0p interface for most of your needs.
