Difference between M1TWA and M1TWI ?

I am going through the datasheet and the only difference seems to be that M1TWA is amplified(and volume control) and M1TWI is not.
 
Is that the case or I am missing something?

Yes, the amplifier with separate volume controls is the main difference.   But note that the M1TWA can draw a substantial amount of additional current (up to 1A) compared to the M1TWI, and that may cause you to need a separate power supply.
