Do the GE Z-wave dimmers work with LEDs?

I have one dimmer so far, but it's on incandescent. Do they work with dimmable LEDs? The GE dimmers don't have a neutral, so they are clearly getting their neutral through the load terminal.

I can't say for sure, but in general, the ones that steal power without a neutral typically don't work with CFL's or LED. Of course you can try it and worst case, return the bulb. Whenever possible, it's best to run switches that use a neutral.

Yes they work, the bulb style from Phillips are excellent and seem to show no problems however some of the retrofit LEDs with a trim kit (very nice by the way with 91cri) like the ones at home depot (made by cree) are awesome from a lighting standpoint but will flicker at certain dimming points. There is a fix on the micasaverde forum which requires wiring a resistor in series for each circuit ( search for "led flickering"). Works like a charm! This is my first post and I've seen UL and insurance questions create wildfire so I suggest if you questions on this matter consult a licensed electrician and your latest building codes.

For your notes I wired these resistors adjacent to the thermal cutoff to ensure additional safety against overheating.

I searched at micasaverde but all I found were posts referring to coding. Do you have a link for the actual installation of the LED's. I built a home for my son 5 years ago when LED cans were just coming out. Controlled via Leviton Z-Wave switches and the flickering is pretty bad. Before I replace the Z-wave switches, I would like to try the resister fix.

Thanks
George
