Does HAI HTX support schedules or automatic events/macros

I have a client with an HAI OmniPRO II and a HTX (Home Theater Extender).  We have done many HAI systems, but it’s the first time we work with the HTX and it was previously installed by others.  We need to create a macro to send some IR commands on a schedule. Can this be done?

I think it can be done. Xantech, and maybe others as well, makes an RS232 to IR device which can be triggered by basic ASCII commands. The Omni Pro II can connect to a serial device and generate these ASCII commands which would trigger the Xantech device to generate IR commands. Unfortunately the integration between the OPII and the HTX is pretty much non-existent. It really is baffling, but that's how it is.
