Consultant with expertise with HAI/OmniPro/UPB?

Are there any former HAI installers/consultants with expertise with HAI/UPB/Omnipro home automation and security systems that might be available for paid consulting work to assist me in upgrading and troubleshooting my system? Remote help ok, but in-person availability in the DC metro area would be better.

I have a large home system designed and installed by a pro installer about 14 years ago. It includes distributed audio, intercom, upb lighting, thermostats, home theater, etc. I have touch-panels and use a snaplink app on my phone for control. However, the snaplink app just recently stopped connecting. Not sure why. Most of what I have is fairly well documented, but some of my equip is clearly not working properly or is obsolete. My former installer is out of business. Some things probably need to be reprogrammed. Others perhaps abandoned and/or updated. While I have some technical knowledge, I am not a DIYer, and am looking to hire a professional to help me. I understand that PCS may still be providing support for the UPB lighting (which has probably been the most reliable part of my system), but I think my issues are not with the lights but with the integration of the lights into the HAI controllers and snaplink app.

Anybody interested?

Note to everyone:

If you're a known installer with HAI and/or UPB expertise, please post or reach out to me. I'm getting tons of messages from people asking for help with their setup, so the demand is there, and would love to build a curated list of approved & vetted installers.

I'm in a similar boat. My installer went out of business since wiring my house in 2005. I can't find anyone who can help me reprogram lighting scenes or other features of the system. I had to replace a 6 button scene controller, but the system doesn't recognize it and I assume that it needs to be programmed using the system software which I don't have. Heck, I can't even recall the master code!

Hate to bump up this thread but Im also in the same boat. Have the HAI lighting system, tied into the Omni alarm (which will be replaced). So I looking for a HAI Installer/programmer (ideally in Las Vegas, NV area) that can help me.

Or if anyone here can suggest a cost affordable replacement system for the HAI lighting UPB setup, I would entertain just switching out the HAI lighten system but our home is wired for the UPB/HAI switches/loads/keypads. Any suggestions- I heard maybe the Lutron RadioRA3?

I'm wondering if the Las Vegas contact on Leviton's website might get you in touch with the right people. Vegas is a huge market with plenty of HAI history, there have to be a few active installers left.

The good news is UPB communicates over power lines, so in many scenarios, you can just replace it with another technology, such as Lutron, Z-Wave or ZigBee without having to rewire anything.

I'll also post a message looking for help in the Leviton/HAI PC Access software download section, since it seems to be getting tons of attention from professional installers looking for the software (but may not be following these threads).

Thank you for your advise. Ill try to reach out to Levitons Las Vegas contacts and if you can post a message for the software section, Im hopeful that would be a great help for me. Thanks for helping on that front.

Anyone in the Boston area providing HAI support? Would like to get the app working for remote access. SNAPlink is also no longer working.

If it's iPhone you can use myro Home. It works well and have been using it for a few years now since snaplink was removed

Thanks very much. I downloaded the app, but now I need to figure out how to configure things. Will get back to you.

It's not difficult. You need to know the following: IP address or url of the panel, port - generally 4369 and the encryption keys. This is found on the panel using the keypad. Once you have these items, you can configure and should be online.

I've managed to get communication working between Dealer PC Access v3 and my OmniPro II rev 4B controller.
I also have a Hardware Expansion board and it's zones working as Entry/Exit zones that show SECURE or NOT READY appropriately.

I have some rudimentary programming:
WHEN Door NOT READY
ANDIF Main House NIGHT
THEN All Consoles BEEP ON
THEN SAY Door INTRUSION ALERT

If I set the system to NIGHT and then open the door, it trips and all consoles beep...
but entering the code does not disarm and reset...

I used to have a much older board with:
WHEN door NOT READY
&IF Main House AWAY
SAY [Beep] [Pause] ENTER CODE

but I can't find the equivalent on the updated system... am I missing something really easy?
I wish this thing had an API or command line... programming by drop down is a pain
