DSC Motion/Glass Break Combos false alarms

I recently installed (6) DSC BV-500GB in my office building (1 per office). A few have been giving me false alarms both for motion and glass break. Is this a sensitivity issue? I know the motion has a slight sensitivty adjustment but not sure for the glass break. Any thoughts on how to correct this issue? Thanks in advance!

I would investigate J3 and J5 for appropriate settings, however it is not clear if you have each technology wired to a different zone or not, which would be my first suggestion.

After you have each technology on their own zone, then I would try to narrow down to see if it's enviromental issues (HVAC or similar) or possible wiring faults.
