ECM-1240 Status

ECM-1240 Status:

We have implemented a last minute change to the ECM-1240. This change will greatly simplify the installation and make the monitor much more versatile.

This change is a minor one however it will require manually replacing a few PCB resistors. We hope to start shipping by Mar 4 or Mar 5.

Something that I want to mention to cocoontech'ers. If you have an ECM-1220 with wireless capability, it is possible to add the ECM-1240 wireless unit to provide 7 extra energy monitoring channels. Any of the 7 channels will accomodate 120V or 240V loads. You can also group several breaker circuits on to one AUX channel.

The coordinator (dongle or EtherBee) will be able to collect data from both units.

Received my 1240 a few weeks ago and have it up and running. Looks like a great product.
