Another big eKeypad release is now available in iTunes.
The fully graphical interface (Blueprints) continues to be a popular feature in eKeypad. With this release we have extended it in several new ways.
- Added an idle timeout feature to automatically switch multi-screen blueprints back to the default screen. Now hierarchal designs can automatically reset themselves automatically.
- Added the ability to move the edit controls around the screen to make it easier to access to the top and bottom edges of the screen
- Added special hidden status indicators. Now you can create blueprint designs that use "dark cockpit" designs.
- Added the ability to access all aspects of eKeypad directly from the blueprint edit mode. No longer do you have to rotate back to portrait orientation just to add a new icon. You can keep the iPad in the wall mount.
- We have launched a blueprint design service. Don't have the time or tools necessary to create the floor plans or create an blueprint design. We can help you make the best out of the blueprint module.
- Added support for the Universal Devices ISY-944 series of controllers for INSTEON.
- Added and verified 22 new IP Cameas and DVRs from Ness, Linksys and Razberi Technologies
- Added full support for the NessTouch Genie network IR emitter and controller
For Bitwise BC controllers we have added several features that make using the GUI screens easier to use within eKeypad.
- Added a complete URL scheme so Bitwise screens can control any item eKeypad can control.
- Added a global shake feature so you can easily access the bitwise control GUIs from anywhere within eKeypad. Simply shake your mobile device to enter or leave the full screen view. (Shake sensitivity is configurable)
