Elk Dialer Delay Problem

I have my new Elk install set up with a 15 second dialer delay. The dialer seems to ignore this setting and dials immediately when a zone is violated. I have increased the delay to as much as 60 seconds with the same results. I have also tried power cycling the system after changing this value.

Has anyone else seen this?

Have you enabled "Dialer Delay" for each zone you want to delay? Check on each zone configuration display.
