ELK M1 Add-Ons Troubleshooting

Good Afternoon,

Does anyone had experienced setting up an Uplink 2500 in Latin America?

Also i have several Honeywell 5898 Dual band PIR they register with the ELK but the sensor do a self test and the lights blink, but after that it stays off and doesnt turn on again, it happen with all of these sensors anyone using something like these?

Never did a cell outside of the US. I have seen Uplinks working in the USVI however.

The PIR's, after the walk test mode times out, turn off the LED's and they do not light when they detect motion. They also have a transmission inhibit of 90-120 seconds, so after arming the system, you would need to wait about that long prior to walking in front of one for alarm testing purposes. All part of battery conservation.
