Elk M1 gold audible alarm problem

I have some how disabled both the interior and exterior alarm.  The interior alarm annouces all alerts but will not sound the alarm.  The exterior alarm won't do anything.  Any ideas?

Surely you have more information than this!  Were you mucking about in the configuration settings?  Were you hanging pictures?  Did you cut some "unused" wires?
 
What have you tried so far?

Check the alarm cutoff timers.  If these get accidentally programmed to 0 seconds the audible alarm output will never sound.  Even a setting of 1 second will cause the same result cause its not enough on time to sound. ound.
