Elk M1 Gold TS071 Keypad Shows Missing

I have a M1 Gold Elk with two TS071 keypads, a Navigator keypad, and a M1kpas keypad. The system shows a keypad (#1), which is a TS071 as missing. When I go into the RP software it shows the enrolled keypad (#1) as being a M1kp, not a TS071. Furthermore, it shows the m1kp as missing. I have tried removing keypad #1 in RP and creating it again. I can't seem to delete the M1kp in RP.

Also everytime I start RP it shows Keypad #2 (TS071) as being in the database, but not in the system. I send the keypad to the system, but when I start RP again, it still shows in the conflict window as not being in the system.

All the keypads work as they should, minus displaying a "missing keypad" message. Any ideas on what's going on here and how to delete the M1kp as keypad #1? I don't have a M1kp to add to the system in an attempt to remove it in RP.

Shots in the dark - you're not having standard issues here... but if I were in your shoes, I'd start with a fresh template for RP - do a receive all, then do another enroll and see where you land. It seems like your current "account" is corrupted.

If that doesn't work, I'd go the next step and apply a blank template to the M1 and rebuild as it could be the faulty one.

TS071 is not a keypad. It cannot be enrolled in the M1 and it will not show up in RP. The M1 does not know that a TS071 exists.

Your Navigator and Arming Station will get enrolled and show up as keypads.

Ah good catch; that'll teach me to respond at 1:00AM.

yeah - IIRC, you install all your keypads like normal and they take the normal slots; then you set up the TS to "follow" a keypad. It's probably your initial keypad still showing there. I know that even with a TS you *must* have a normal keypad somewhere in the system for it to follow, but I'm not sure if the Navigator will fit that bill or if you need one of the standard 3 keypads to do it.

Update:

I have been able to get rid of the missing keypad error by adding a keypad (#1) in RP. However there physically is not a keypad #1, it exists only in the software. I am able to create a new keypad (#2) in RP and set the F key definitions just for the TS071 keypads.
