How do you program or record the "Custom1-10" word files in a ELK M1 Gold?

I am trying to program my ELK M1 with EXP to send an email when an alarm condition occurs, which includes the zone that caused the alarm.
 
I have been successful in getting emails to send (an adventure as many know) and I can send a canned email when an alarm occurs- as desired. The email says something like 'ALERT an alarm has occurred' So far so good.
 
Now I want the email to say [SIZE=13.63636302948px]something like 'ALERT:  an alarm has occurred on the back door', where the zone that caused the alarm is included in the message. I am not seeing how to do this.[/SIZE]

Can't do it, you're limited to what messages and text you can enter in the 15 slots, but can pick and choose based on rules.

Hmmm. I also have an ISY 991 that can send emails and can get status variables from the ELK. Id there a way to do what I want on the ISY Side?
