ELK M1 Rapidly Clicking

Hi,
 
We have an Elk M1 system installed and were informed it seems to be rapidly sending out trouble/OK statuses to the monitoring station.
 
The panel is clicking rapidly non-stop with telco seized, dial active and status light amber and flashing on clicks.
 
Switching the M1 off then back on has not resolved.
 
Any suggestions?

What method are you using to report to the central station?  POTS, internet, or cellular?   The relay clicking is usually the relay that seizes the POTS line, and the repetitive clicking can happen when the line is not connected but the M1 is configured for POTS.
 
What specifically is the trouble/OK status reporting?  A zone?  The phone line?
 
Have you checked to see what is reported in he M1log?

Thanks for the response.  Ended up being a false alarm and nothing with the M1 at all.  Gotta love it.
