Hi all,

Hoping someone may be able to assist with a few questions

1. Is there anyway with the email alerts from my XEP module to include the violated zones in the email body, rather then a static message?

2. When an alarm is triggered I've configured it to call my cell phone, is it able to announce the violated zones, if so how?

3. I'd like to add a few peoples names to some custom voice messages, eg, welcome home sam. But "names" are not available in the voice message drop down lists.

1. No. The XEP's built-in email capabilities are sub-standard unfortunately. This can be mitigated with some sort of other controller (ISY, CQC, Elve, etc).
2. Dunno - never used the voice part - someone else can answer that.
3. Your only hope is the custom recorded prompts - there's only a few and you have to record them via a phone. There's no onboard TTS. Of course, the phone interface is pretty limited. If you want to go that route, I suggest using one of these playback devices that you can plug into a computer and play directly onto the phone line bypassing the handset's microphone - that's your best chance for a quality recording.
