ELK M1Gold Telephone & Motion Questions

I have misplaced my ELK M1 Gold Telephone inserts. I am pretty sure the word inserts isn't the correct term, but it's the green piece that goes on to the mainboard so I can hook up the wires to it. Is there any generic piece I can use or any other method of hooking up the phone line?
 
 
My next question, I have a motion right by the front door and it keeps going off when I open the door and when I go to arm the alarm sometimes I have to wait for it to clear a violation. What is the best way to configure a motion by entry doors?

Someone else should be able to describe those green pieces - I'm blanking on the term for them...
 
Motions near entry/exit should be configured as burglar interior follower.  You'll still have to stand-still before arming - that's pretty normal unless you just force-arm them which requires entering a code.

Terminal block is the term, it just came to me. Can I get a generic terminal block for that set (4 wires) or does it have to be Elk specific?

In the trade, they are elevator terminal blocks.....Elk does offer a complete replacement set, though you can find ones to fit your needs.
