Elk not reporting user arm/disarm to nextalarm

I just realized that this is no longer working for me. I am pretty sure that NextAlarm used to show me when someone would arm/disarm the system but looking at it now I only see alarm events.

What do I need to set on the ELK so that it notifies/logs NextAlarm when someone arms/disarms the system? I'd like to get the e-notify latchkey stuff working again.

Seeing that you posted this question in 2008, I'm guessing that you may have figured out the answer by now. I'm adding the answer in case anyone needs it. I recently had a requirement to enable the same latchkey feature using NextAlarm and ELKM1. NextAlarm is looking for the ELKM1 to send open and close reports. You can set this up using ELKRP under Communicator > User RCs. Just pick the users that you want to report on and change the close pulse setting from 00 to 30 and the open pulse setting from 00 to 10. Don't forget to click on the send to controller button and save button. See the attached file for a screen shot.
