Elk Output control

Try 2 seconds on time instead of 1 second on time and report the results.
All of the relay output status is broadcast on the RS485 data bus more often than once a second. If the output relay expander board should miss an output broadcast, it will get it the next time if the output changed state in the control.

Relay status going to a touch screen is a single broadcast on the RS-232 data bus. If that message is missed, it will not be shown correctly until another relay change occurs.

Two seconds seems to be the secret sauce! So far anyway, I have not had the issue. All outputs seem to turn off as expected.

Thanks!
