Hi everybody,
 
I tried to sign in to my ELK PR application today to change some rule that are programmed and I keep getting an error message. The error message say failure to connect to server. When I try to hit the Find button from the M1XEP Setup function it doesn't find any M1EXP.
 
The last time I signed was a while ago but didn't have any issues. What can cause this and what should I look at for resolution

Do you know the IP address of the XEP?  If so open a DOS window and type ping 192.168.1.200 with those numbers being the IP address of your card.  See if the reply is successful.
 
Also, look at the DHCP reservation table in your router setup if you had it automatically get an IP for the address.
 
I did a restart on my computer and it worked for a while but now I get the same issue. When I do the ping I get a failure message. What's weird is that I can access the net using wifi from my cell phone but can't connect to M1 with computer.
