ELK RP Failed To Connect To Server

I just switched service providers for internet access and therefore have a new router. I now am unable to connect via ELK RP network connection. If it helps my new provider is Verizon Fios and my network connection shows a broadband connection on coax. I tried the M1XEP set up again but no luck.

Verizon Fios, fiber to the house, has a problem in connecting using the M1XEP.

The Verizon Fios technical support said that they were going to fix the issue, then they said that they were NOT going to fix it.

ELK is trying to get a work around. No solution yet!

Well just when I got it working after shutting everything down and resetting the router I was good but then I went away and came back and once again no connection.
