I am using RP2 v2.0.6
M1G = 5.2.2
M1XRF2G = 1.0.26
M1XEP = 1.3.10
I am in the process of setting up a new M1G. I have the M1XRF2G wireless receiver set to data bus address 5 and enrolled. I did this because I figured that would correspond to Zone 65 and I could later add input expanders to hardwire stuff at zone 17 through 64 if I wanted (wont ever need it, but just seemed like a good place to set it up). I then created the wireless group and clicked Group 5, it creates it updates the M1G and all is fine...it shows up under Zones as "Wireless - Group 5" and below that shows zones 65 to 80.
My first problem is that none of the 60-741-95 wireless sensors that I bought have the ID on them...so I can not type them into the Transmitters tab on the Wireless Setup screen. I can not figure out how to get it to Learn the transmitters from within the RP software...
So first question is: Is there a way to Learn wireless transmitters from with RP2?
So I have to learn the transmitter from the kepad menu 14. I go in there to the Learn menu and change it to zone 65...and press right. I announces properly, I trip the sensor and it enrolls fine. The problem of course is now I have a difference between RP2 and the control. So I go in a read the zones from the control...and here's where the problem hits...it changes the "Wireless - Group 5" under Zones to "Hardwired - Exp 5" with zones 65 to 80 under it. Then when I go to Wireless setup, there is nothing located on the Transmitters tab anymore (just the column headers...no zones).
Oddly enough, if I go to Status...I can scroll down and see zone 65 and it works fine (opens and closes correctly) and if I arm the system and trip the sensor, it goes off.
So the second question: Why this happening and what I can do to get it to remain a wireless group and function correctly?
Thanks.
