Elk Voice announcement confusion

Hi fellas.
 
I have the following rule setup to warn via voice if I have left the garage door open.
 
  

WHENEVER GARAGE OVERHEAD (Zn 7) BECOMES NOT SECURE

 

            THEN TURN Output 206 ON FOR 1 MIN

 

 

WHENEVER  Output 206 STATE IS TURNED OFF

 

      AND GARAGE OVERHEAD (Zn 7) IS NOT SECURE

 

            THEN ANNOUNCE Miscellaneous 1 (vm239)

 
This works if I have System Alerts selected in the Globals, however I don't want to hear alerts for anything else (arms, disarms etc....) Is there anyway to announce the voice via rules but not have the other system voices?

Blow out the voice message portion in the program for the statuses you don't want to hear. Set the segments to blank.
 
I'd probably leave the siren and alarm/off normal messages intact.
 
Can't remember if you can turn off specific levels of messages without affecting what you want to hear.
