ELKRMS upgraded from 1.2.12 to 2.0.2 now in Demo

Just upgraded a working M1G with RMS 1.2.12 to 2.0.2 and now it shows up in the DEMO Mode. Proper key is in place but will not release the demo mode. Any thing I am missing???? Thanks

I think you might need a new key, I'm pretty sure I needed a new one when I upgraded from Elk RM (1.2.12) to Elk RMS (2.0.2).

I just upgraded an older machine and had the same problem. I do not remember reading anywhere that you needed a new key to upgrade to RMS. Now I have to find the receipt for when I paid for it years ago as they will probably want proof of purchase.

This is in the manual for RMS

"When upgrading an existing copy of ElkRM on a personal computer the new version will automatically look for the
Product License Key and then operate in full (non-demo) mode as long as the key exists."

Yet I still have my key in their and it shows as being their.

Tried a second computer and it worked fine

Edit 3:

Rebooted the first computer and RMS is working full mode.

Looks like my new key was generated because I swapped out my Elk M1 several years ago, so ignore my previous post
