Tim is correct. After save the configuration, do a test to see if the test email getting through.
One user reported before on a different version firmware that email did not work. Later on, he found the problem was his DNS server entry in the network tab had wrong IP address, so that email server is not resolved correctly. Once he corrected that IP address, email started working.
If you still have problem, then a network capture is needed to send us the captured network traffic file. You will need to do the capture on your network gateway for the WebControl IP address and email port your configuration using. We will not be able to help on how to capture network traffic on the gateway, please contact your gateway manufacture for that. We will analyze your capture to help you identify the problem.
