email not working

my email does not work on my one plc. I put the same setting from one that workes and nothing.
Version: v03.02.16c 
 
When you say it does not work I assume you tried to manually send the email using the test function eliminating  coding error as the source of the problem.
 
Since it works on another WebControl I would check the IP settings. Make sure it has a default gateway and DNS server.
 
Also make sure you press "Send" at the bottom of the page to save email confg in nonvolatile memory.

Tim is correct. After save the configuration, do a test to see if the test email getting through.
One user reported before on a different version firmware that email did not work. Later on, he found the problem was his DNS server entry in the network tab had wrong IP address, so that email server is not resolved correctly.  Once he corrected that IP address, email started working.
 
If you still have problem, then a network capture is needed to send us the captured network traffic file.  You will need to do the capture on your network gateway for the WebControl IP address and email port your configuration using.  We will not be able to help on how to capture network traffic on the gateway, please contact your gateway manufacture for that. We will analyze your capture to help you identify the problem.
 
ok,i have 3 plc and 2 emails work and my newest one (just got around to using it)does not. The one that works i copied all, every thing even ip address and port(unpluged the one i copied) and did test send and nothing,yes i saved first.The other 2 work fine could it be board?
 
Unless the network interface not making connections, internal logic should work identical between same version firmware boards.  Do they all have unique IP address with no IP address conflict?
 
If you checked everything and still suspect the board, you can send board to us for us to check it for you.
