Error When Importing ISY Lighting File into Elk M1

When I try to import my ISY lighting file to my Elk M1 I get an error with no information. (It just says "Perhaps this is not a valid ISY export file?") So how do I troubleshoot this? Is there something I can check in the file to make sure it is valid? Is there a troubleshooting guide someplace?

Elk firmware is 5.1.8
ISY firmware is 2.6.4
