Estimated cost of a LiteTouch system?

I'm looking at buying a new house which has a LiteTouch system in it.  It controls every light in the house, and there are keypads in every room and hallway.  I don't have a count on those.  However, there are 3 large LiteTouch 2000 panels in the basement that are about 18" Wide by maybe 30" tall, and a controller box with a digital display on it.
 
Any idea what a system like this costs?

Fyi, I found out that it cost $30-40k installed. Controller is old and should be upgraded at a cost of $4k. Also, you cannot program them yourself, you need to pay for a service call because they only provide LightWave software to dealers.

Plus, the existing dimmer modules won't work with leds and would need to be swapped.

Going to be an expensive endeavor. Are there any centralized lighting systems that are consumer friendly that I could swap it with and use the same wiring?

Centralite Elegance could be an option if the LiteTouch dimmers and keypads use cat5 wiring. It comes with a software that is a free download, so you can do all the programming/integration yourself.
