Evidence that "This forum is monitored by Home Automation, Inc"?

Can anyone validate that "This forum is monitored by Home Automation, Inc" as advertised by Cocoon Tech?

I see non and feel like since HAI was sold to Leviton that all my fairly elaborate HAI installation will go l down the tube for lack of support and development.  My experience so far is that Leviton is a company to avoid when it comes to customer service.

I would not rely upon them to monitor this board for support, just like ELK doesn't seem to monitor it, but have you contacted their technical service? Most people report that they do respond eventually.  You can also post question here to be answered. Most people here are probably more helpful than Leviton anyway.

I wouldn't expect Leviton reps to monitor this board because they don't monitor their own Security and Automation forum http://communities.leviton.com/community/knowledgebaseforums/security-%26-automation/content

I've posted a request for updated protocol documentation on the Leviton forum on Nov 28, 2014 requiring a simple YES or NO response.  Yes, updated documentation is available or No, updated documentation is not available.  I still haven't received a response from Leviton.

I've also submitted a Snaplink compatibility issue to Leviton Tech Support in Sept 2014.  They initially indicated that the problem would be forwarded to the programmer in charge of Snaplink.  I submitted several followup emails requesting a status update on my reported issue.  Leviton has not yet responded to any of my followup emails.

IMHO, this forum is probably your best source of Leviton S&A tech support/info.

This is not an official HAI forum, but HAI does participate here supporting the DIY crowd, which is better than so many manufacturers these days.

That said, there are some EXTREMELY knowledgable folks here that probably test the limits of the knowledge of the HAI support staff anyway, and since this is a DIY forum where people give and take, it's probably a great place to start.  If you have questions, ask away.  However if you have specific support issues, you probably need to contact HAI directly.

If you need HAI assistance call them on the phone.  The number is on their web site.  I've rarely seen them respond on this forum, but on two occasions I've called their technical assistance they picked up immediately and had good answers.
