I recently signed up with Alarm Relay monitoring for my OmniPro 2 with a C3 GSM digital communicator. Alarm Relay offers a CBAT device (https://ipdatatel.com/cellularbat.php) which allows Alarms to be sent to the monitoring station via IP with fallback to Cellular. The tech explained with this device I could have my broadband connection monitored along with sending emails/sms to myself for various events. I can get the emails/sms from Haiku helper but this requires leaving my Mac running and if the broadband goes down these don't get sent.
