Hi I have a new client with the above equiptment, she wants to make a few changes but has no back up file. I connected via Rs232 method started a new project, and added her processor from the tool box to the panel assignment page, saved and went to terminal and hit the download arrow, nothing, it seemed to go through all the data trans fer but when done all I had was the processor and nothing else.
So my question is can I go to an old project, go to terminal, and extract the project over the old one? Or do you have any other sugestions if I erase the program I am screwed becase she has no back up files.
