How could I use this for 7.1 surround sound? Looking for an audio server, for Nuvo Music Port.

Any suggestions on how to determine? Ask fitpc? Or would it be an Atom-compatible USB soundcard?

I mean any USB soundcard which supports 7.1 should do the trick, I doubt there are any limitations to the kind of USB devices you can use.

Just waiting for Compulab to get the US distribution arranged. There are many flavors of the product and Amazon.com is not going to carry the flavor I want.
