going price for a used ocelot?

found someone selling a used ocelot & was curious what the going price is these days. there aren't any recently completed auctions on ebay, etc to get an idea. thanks.

I think I paid $50-60 for the base Ocelot if I remember.

FYI. there's supposed to be a new Ocelot to be named the Firecat one of these days. It's a year overdue, so who knows what will really happen. It should be a bit faster, have ability through accessories to access Insteon, UPB and Z-Wave, as well as the new ADI wireless sensing modules.

Programs written for the Ocelot will supposedly work with the new Firecat.

When this actually arrives is anybody's guess.

I have seen some post on this over on the ADI forum, but alas, as you stated, no product as of yet.

Did ADI go through some management changes that may have influenced this project?

I would really like to know as I love my dear Ocelot (best HA controller I ever had, hands down) and would indeed welcome a new "kitten"!

It is a real shame that Guy Lavoie (my Idol) no longer visits here as he may have some insight to this as well!

I heard some time ago that Dan Boone was no longer with ADI. Also, they moved from Branson to Branson West into what to me appears to be a smaller facility. I just happened to see their new home a couple weeks ago as I was passing through Branson West.

I've been trying to figure out if there is anything on the market that does what Ocelot does, plus handles Z-Wave, but haven't had any success. Any ideas?
