Thanks for the advise on HA software under $200. I ended up buying Homeseer today. It seemed the most user friendly and was zwave friendly. I know it will go over my budget and I can see were CQC is (or was) a good buy. Plug ins add up fast! I actually looked at CQC but its not zwave friendly yet and I'm not worthy of all it can do. It would be like my 90 year old grandfather buying a race car.
To help subsidize my going over budget I'm liquidating some z wave remotes in the For Sale section.
