HAI APP DISCONNECTING FROM PANEL

I noticed that after a while my HAI app cannot connect to the panel. To reconnect I have to power off the panel and disconnect the battery and then power everything back up again and hey presto! All is well again? Why does this happen?

Sorry, one more thing. When I turn on my app, everything if off by default? Regardless of what is on or off in my house it is shown as off, which is very unhelpful if I am away from my house so I dont actually know whats going on.

What HAI app are you using? What version firmware is in your controller? You should update to the latest controller firmware (currently 3.5b) as this may help.
