I have Omni Pro II controller. I have temperature sensor installed but the omni controller cannot ready / detect the temparature. need your support to know the process to troubleshoot this case.

Test voltage at temp sensor.
Make sure T terminal wire is connected to the + terminal on the board.
Make sure zone is changed to temp sensor or ext range temp sensor
