HAI Lumina Kit 44A00-1 Atlanta Only

The Home Depot in Vinings (directly across the street from the Home Depot corp office) often carries home automation products that the other stores don't, and they often don't sell and wind up at clearance prices. Right now they've got a whole mess of HAI products at very good prices, including the HAI Lumina Kit 44A00-1, which is sold at SmartHome for $900, and was originally $800 at Home Depot, currently right around $200. It's lighting control only, not an alarm panel, but apparently there are options for expandibility. I saw 5 of them on the shelf, in case you're interested. HAI thermostats and other whatnots available as well.
