You program/application runs fine on my RPi. Waiting on the Arduino I ordered. Meanwhile....
Purchased the Intel Pipo X7 today. It uses a quad core Celeron and comes with 2Gb of memory and came with a Windows 8.1 license.
Will probably install Linux on it and see how it does running your application.
Concurrently I have been playing with a little tablet top touchscreen which is Atom based. I have modded it a bit as it originally came with EFI BIOS.
It runs everything these days. IE: Ubuntu, Android and Windows.
The motherboard can run fine without an LCD connected to it. It is 4" X 6".
It has a 1-2 Gb MMC on it, SD card slot, mini PCIE slot, ZIF SSD, Zigbee radio, DECT radio, multiple USB ports, Gb NIC, Bluetooth and 802.11 wireless.
