HAI Omni Panels

I have two panels installed and one stopped working a while back. I moved panel 2 to panel 1's location to test the panel to see if it still works and I receive a "No Controller Data" displayed. I have made sure that the panels are using different addresses as suggested in a previous post. At this point I am unsure as why the panel is displaying this error. Thanks for help in advance!!

Sounds like perhaps a loose/broken wire or miswire on the console. Check to make sure the +,-, A and B are wired correctly and there are no shorts or opens.
