Haiku HaikuHelper and Heartbleed

Does the HH push notification service use OpenSSL to secure the channel? If so, is it or was it vulnerable to Heartbleed? If it was, when was it patched and when were the old certs revoked?

I ran a heartbleed test against it using some cybersecurity tools we use at work and it did not show up as vulnerable, but I am in no way affiliated with the creators of the software.

Between our server and Apple's servers we do use an SSL connection, but Apple has confirmed that this connection is not vulnerable to Heartbleed.
