hard Reset sequence for intermatic modules and in-wall dimmers?

I cannot find this info in the "manual" nor their website. Is there a way to completely reset a lamp module or a in-wall dimmer? I replaced all my intermatic stuff with vizia, but I want to use my current intermatic lamp modules. I found that I have to have the old intermatic master controller to "remove the device from the network", then "add it to the new vizia network" using the vizia controller. This is fine for a while, but since I took the wall dimmers off the walls, I can't powered them back up just to remove/reset them using the old controllers, nor I want to keep my old master controller around for that purpose.

There must be a key/button sequence to do a master reset on the modules/dimmers themselves?

Use the "remove device" feature on any Z-Wave remote, and it'll reset the devices. It doesn't need to be the original remote for those particular devices.
