Harmony ultimate remote for insteon with ISY994i

Do I need 'IRLinc Receiver - IR to INSTEON Converter' to control insteon lights with the harmony ultimate remote?

It sounds like the ISY has IR receiver and probably could do without the IR Linc receiver

P.S: reading through the universal devices forum it looks like I don't need the irlinc receiver. Can someone please confirm that

I got a response from universal devices. I don't need the IR Linc.

The ISY will have to be in the line of sight of the remote. However as the harmony ultimate comes with the hub and IR emitters the ISY have to be in the line of sight of the IR emitters. In my case my AV equipment and ISY are in the same room, adjacent to my media room. So it will be fine.
 
I'm having a tough time setting up activities or the ISY994/IR to my Harmony Ultimate. Have you found anything that may help in the process?
