Just picked up the last one at my local Circuit City yesterday when I read that there is a BTV plugin/interface. Selling for $100 everywhere else.
No need to have another PC at my livingroom TV now...
It only has stereo outputs, but you can easily and cheaply (<$5) add an SPDIF or even a TOSLINK output .
