Hello from Florida

I've started here after 5 years of running my Elk M1G by myself. I've been on here a few times but only lurking. Hoefully I can be of some assistance to someone in the near future. I installed the Elk and hardwired all the doors and possible entry points myself and I've starting to replace all the switches in my house with Insteon dimmers. I have my pool pump controlled via Elk rules and the sprinkler system and garage door is next.

Welcome. I have a similar setup to you and like you hardwired everything myself during construction. (Elk/Insteon). If you would like sprinkler rules I can export mine to you. I have a 16 zone system and have added in a few bells and whistles to make it more flexible and user friendly. I also have my garages wired (3 of them) and have a bunch of rules making that run smoothly as well. Plus I added a very inexpensive ebay keyfob to the elk that allows control of the garages and arming the system.
