Hi I have some problems

I have Philips Dynalite connected to HAI LEVITON(BitWise), and I am interested in next problem.Have switch Antubra
 
And have app programmed in BitWise, when I click on app to turn on some light, light indicator on Antubra turning on, but if I manually click switch on Antubra it wont show on app that I really turned on.
 
Do anyone know maybe what can be the problem?
Also have another problem how to access to BitWise app from outside of network, becaouse when I am inside it works, but outside dont work.

You may have a bad switch, it may be wired incorrectly or it is not configured to report status. Check the wiring requirements here http://controltechasia.com/Products%20data%20sheet/Antumbra/Antumbra%20Installation%20Guide.pdf. My understanding is that configuration is done via EnvisionProject software.
