high end surround sound speakers

Any suggestions on high end surrond sound speakers.

High end is a relative term and it also depends on the size of speakers you want from towers to satellites. I would recommend looking at the speaker forum on AVSForums. They are one of the better AV forums and there's a lot of information presented.

You would be better off with speakers matched to your existing speakers. The surrounds don't do much lifting so to speak, so unless you have high end fronts and center, you would be wasting your money.

Not sure of your definition of "High End". Normally a High End amplifier costs the same as your most expensive vehicle. A High End pair of main speakers costs as much as all of you vehicles combined (at least). So high end surround speakers would be...?
