How do I tell what's thrashing my disk?

Is there a way to tell what's causing constant disk action? I have Process Explorer - but can't see where it allows me to see what's causing all the IO activity. Any ideas?

and lots of other good SysInternals stuff at the technet link, too. Check the FileMon as well.

FileMon was replaced by Process Monitor recently. They combined 3 or so of their tools into one monitoring tool.

Those are all great, but if all you're looking for is to see what processes are generationg IO right now, you can use Windows Task Manager for that. Go to View --> Select Columns and you can add I/O Reads and Writes among other things.
