How to log into Insteon Hub Web LAN?

I downloaded the android app and changed the username and password.  
 
I tried going to the url by typing in the LAN IP and Port.  It prompts me for a username and password.
 
I have tried my new username and password, the old one written on the sticker, and my online account.  It doesn't accept any of them.
