I'm pretty sure that it does. I don't have an MCE extender yet, but I remember reading that My Movies works with Xbox and regular MCE extenders.electron said:

The My Movies plugin has really changed the way I use MCE. One of the few Killer apps out there right now. It seems unncessary if you are a big movie buyer...but imagine the possibilities when it is combined with a service like Netflix: its like the sneakernet version of PPV
I just distribute my HTPC using channel modulators and DVI splitters. Although you can only watch one source at a time, it is really a great solution since it also ends up being a whole house audio system.
