I've (home automation installer) been away for a couple of years. With the demise of HAI, can anyone suggest a Home Automation Hub (without security but able to see, say, wireless door contacts)?

UDI's Eisy can see almost anything and constantly being upgraded with new connections. Many by hobbiests and some by profressional code writers. Currently implementing ZigBee nodes and Matter protocols.

Is this for you personally or customers? What type/size of environment is it going in? Do you want something that you don't mind tinkering with, or are you looking for something as reliable as the HAI/ELK series of panels?
