I am confused, and need a little help

Here is what I want to do, and am confused about what I need to do it:

1. Hybrid Home alarm system with 8-10 zones that I can interface with a computer and that can have smoke, motion detectors, and a voice alert telling you where the breach or fire is in both wired and wireless flavors (for places where I can't get inside the walls.

2. Video Surveillance. Something that can maybe tie in to all of this. I will add the cameras later.

3. Something that can dial out and/or have monitoring service.

4. Maybe a keychain that can arm the house alarm if I forget and am already in the car. (Not a big deal)

I don't really care that much about home automation at this point. My budget is small, $500-600.

I looks like the Vista system with ICM might do the trick and keep me under budget. Any suggestions or comments with this? The only thing I am not sure that it will do is #3 and #4. Also, what cameras are compatible with the ICM?

If you want to go this route look at the alarmaet 7845i and do the CCTV seperately through a networkable DVR. It's a better deal in the long haul even though you pay monthly for alarmnet.

The DSC, Caddx, and Napco Gemini are all affordable systems and if you decide you want whole house announcements or automation you can use HomeSeers distributed speaker app running on any number of PC's. I even have a speaker client running at work so I can hear the announcements from home.
